What currency are the prices shown in on the site?
We display prices in multiple currencies for your convenience.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for production before your order is shipped.
- Shipping times:
- Within the EU: 4-15 days
- Outside the EU: 9-18 days
In rare cases, due to high demand, carpets may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens, production can take an additional 20-60 days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there’s an issue?
Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If your product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you’re simply not in love with it, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
- Return details:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Exception: If the wrong item was sent due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your full refund.
- Include your name and order number with the returned parcel to ensure smooth processing.
Important: If your package is already on its way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it to qualify for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order at no cost, but only before it ships.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please review your order confirmation email. Notify us as soon as possible at info@persian-carpets.ch with the correct address.
- Address corrections:
- We can update the address within 24 hours of your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.
